When interested in one of our rentals in the Geneva area, then :
@ send us an email with : your details, copy of passport, copy of work contract, expected duration of rental (not inferior to three months), expected start of rental, number of adults & children,
@ when signing your rent contract, payment of first month of rent + your reimbursable guarantee deposit (2.000 euros) is requested,
@ monthly rent payments are due before the 5th of each month,
@ departure notices are either one full calendar month, two months or three months depending on owners specific terms and conditions. This remains very much of a case by case item.
@ when leaving and terminating your rent contract, your guarantee deposit will be fully reimbursed minus possible cost of repairs and missing items if any.
