    When interested in our available rentals in the Geneva area, then :

      @ send us an email with : your details, copy of passport, copy of work contract, expected duration of rental (minimum three months), expected start of rental, number of adults & children,

      @ when signing your rent contract, simultaneous payment of first three months of rent. No guarantee deposit requested.

      @ then monthly rent payments are due before the 5th of each month,

      @ departure notice is one full calendar month,

      @ our rentals are all-inclusive, no commissions, no guarantee deposits, no local taxes.
